Scarlet Fever Rally to be Held on Friday at GSU

Health Advisory!

Epidemic of BU Scarlet Fever has spread throughout campus.

Symptoms: Strong desire to wear scarlet colored clothing, uncontrollable need to shout, ravenous hunger for victory.

A multitude of infections of Scarlet Fever have been identified in students and faculty at Boston University in recent days. Anyone with symptoms listed above are advised to seek treatment.

Recommended action: Emergency treatment will be available at the Scarlet Fever Pep Rally, GSU on Friday, December 2nd, from 11am-2pm. Attendance is mandatory for all with symptoms.

Treatment: Although no known vaccine exists, participating in the following should help those infected feel better.

• Compete for cool prizes!
• Shoot hoops
• Try the slapshot game
• Pose like a celeb in your BU gear for your free "Rhett-Carpet" photo against the Spirit Days backdrop
• Hang with Rhett
• Enjoy music by the BU band
• Rally with the BU cheerleaders and BU dance team
• 1,500 red velvet cupcakes and 2500 Scarlet Fever M&M packages will also be given away

If symptoms don't subside, you are advised to cheer on the BU Men's Ice Hockey, Women's Ice Hockey and Men's Basketball teams on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until fever passes.
