DeStefano, Johnson Named to MAAC All-Academic Team

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Seniors Ana Johnson and Dana DeStefano have been named to the 2011 MAAC Women's Golf All-Academic Team, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
A native of Oconomowoc, Wis., Johnson is making her second appearance on the all-academic team as she currently boasts a 3.46 GPA as a physical therapy major in the Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation.
DeStefano (Melville, N.Y.), who is also a two-time honoree, maintains a 3.52 GPA as a hospitality administration major in the School of Hospitality.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
