
Terriers Place 11th at Roar-EE Invitational

SUFFREN, N.Y. - The Boston University women's golf team finished in 11th place at the Roar-EE Invitational hosted by Columbia University at the Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern, N.Y. The Terriers carded an aggregate score of 673 after two days of competition.
BU improved upon its day one total of 352 to shoot a 321 on day two, which is the lowest team score in BU history.
Harvard won the tournament title with a total score of 600 while Columbia's Michelle Piyapattra won the individual title with an even-par 144.
Freshman Kristyna Pavlickova shined for BU on the second day of competition to finish in fifth place with a score of 151 (77-73).
Senior Courtney Dampolo concluded the invitational in a tie for 48th with a total score of 172 (88-84). Classmate Jill Eelman also improved her score on day two to finish in a tie for 51st place with a total of 173 (90-83).
Rounding out the field for the Terriers were freshmen Flor Canedo and Christina Patracuolla. Canedo carded a two-day total of 179 (97-82) to tie for 63rd while classmate Patracuolla totaled a 182 (99-83) to tie for 67th place.
BU had seven birdies for their Spring Birdies tally.
Next up for the Terriers is the Hartford Invitational on April 16 and 17 in West Hartford, Conn.
