BOSTON - The Boston University women’s golf team is set to compete in the 2012 MAAC Conference Championship to be held at Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The three-day, 54-hole championship begins on Friday, April 27 and concludes on Sunday, April 29.
ESPN3 will provide coverage of the championship tournament.
Freshman Kristyna Pavlickova is the top rated golfer in the field that includes competitors from Boston University, Albany, Fairfield, Hartford, Niagara and Siena. Pavlickova won two individual titles over the course of the season and averages a score of 78.31.
Last season, the Terriers finished in fifth place at the MAAC Championship.
