BOSTON - The Boston University women’s lacrosse team will conclude the home portion of its regular-season schedule on Saturday (April 13) when the Terriers host Binghamton for an America East contest at Nickerson Field. Opening draw is slated for 1 p.m.

The Terriers will honor their senior class before the game, as Monica Baumgartner, Kim Elsworth, Danielle Etrasco and Kristen Mogavero will be participating in their last regular-season game at Nickerson Field. Over the last four seasons, the quarter has helped guide BU to a 34-30 overall record and a 16-5 mark in America East action. They were a part of the 2010 NCAA tournament team as well as the 2012 America Eat regular-season championship squad.

There will also be a giveaway for BU Lacrosse reversible pinnies during the game.

Saturday is the 12th all-time meeting between the Terriers and the Bearcats with BU holding an 11-0 record against its America East foe. Last season, the Terriers claimed an 18-16 victory over the Bearcats in Vestal, N.Y., en route to capturing the 2012 America East regular-season championship.

BU (4-6, 1-2 America East) returns to the field a week after a thrilling 20-17 comeback victory at Vermont last Saturday. The Terriers 20 goals were the post points scored by a BU squad since the Terriers downed New Hampshire, 20-5, on April 29, 2006. Nine different players recorded at least one point against the Catamounts with senior Danielle Etrasco leading the way with seven tallies.

Etrasco leads BU with 47 points (37g, 10a) and ranks second in the nation with 3.7 goals per game, while fellow senior Kristen Mogavero is second on the team with 19 goals. Junior Elizabeth Morse has totaled 18 goals on the season while sophomore Lindsay Weiner has dished out a team-high 11 assists. Binghamton is 2-8 on the season and 1-2 in conference play with its lone league win coming via a 7-6 victory over Vermont on March 30. The Bearcats have dropped their last two games, including a 13-12 loss to New Hampshire on April 6.
