After a pair of top-two finishes over the weekend, sophomore Kristyna Pavlickova of the Boston University golf team has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
Pavlickova’s wonderful weekend began on Friday at the Roar-EE Invitational, where she finished in a tie for first after a one-round total of 79 at the rain-shortened event. Her score helped lead the Terriers to the team title by two strokes.
She played even better at the Brown Invitational on Sunday and Monday and finished the 36-hole tournament tied for first with a score of 147, including an even-par 72 on Monday. She was edged in a three-person playoff to finish tied for second.
The Prague, Czech Republic, native is enrolled in the School of Management as a business administration and management major
