GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Boston University golf team continued its fall season on Oct. 2 and 3 at the Starmount Forest Fall Classic hosted by UNC Greensboro.
BU finished eighth in the 12-team field with a 54-hole score of 943 (306-318-319). Campbell won the event with a score of 869.
Sophomore Abby Parsons fired a one-over 73 on Tuesday for the Terriers' lowest round of the tournament. Parsons led BU by finishing tied for 22nd with a score of 230 (76-81-73). Freshman Katerina Doleckova had the lowest score on the team through Monday's rounds and ultimately tied for 30th with a total of 233 (76-77-80).
Senior Phyllis Tang tied for 38th with a score of 239 (74-83-82), followed by sophomore Saeros Oskarsdottir (80-79-84) and junior Megan Carter (82-81-85) with a 243 and a 248, respectively.
BU will finish its fall campaign at the three-day, 54-hole Yale Intercollegiate, which begins on Friday.
