BOSTON – Playing its fifth road game in six contests, the Boston University men's basketball team will wrap up the non-conference schedule at Ivy League preseason favorite Harvard on Thursday night with the NESNplus broadcast set to begin at 7 p.m.

TERRIER TIDBITS

BU is 3-3 on the road this season with wins at Bethune-Cookman (90-87), New Hampshire (70-69) and Maine (78-69) ... The three losses occurred at No. 10 Miami (69-54), UConn (85-66) and UMass Lowell (87-82).
Senior Cedric Hankerson leads BU in scoring at 13.6 ppg after totaling 42 points in two contests last week to move to No. 25 all-time at BU in career points (1,113).
Sophomore Max Mahoney is the second Terrier in double figures at 10.7 ppg with senior Nick Havener close behind at 9.4 ppg ... The duo is averaging a combined 10.2 rpg.
Sophomore Tyler Scanlon has dished out a career-high five assists in each of the last two games to rank No. 13 in the Patriot League in assists (2.8 apg) ... He's also leading BU in steals at 1.6 spg while averaging 6.6 ppg and 3.6 rpg.
Senior Will Goff made his fourth career start against Elon this past Sunday and hit a career-tying four 3-pointers ... He currently leads the PL in 3-point shooting at 60.7 3FG%.
Despite opponents averaging 7.4 more made free throws a game, the Terriers only have a negative scoring margin of 1.9 ... BU is averaging 72.5 ppg and 45.6 FG% while holding opponents to 74.4 ppg and 45.3 FG%.

SCOUTING HARVARD

Playing for the first time since a 47-45 Dec. 6 win at Fordham, Harvard is 2-0 at home with wins over UMass (70-67 OT) and MIT (73-64) ... Harvard also claimed a neutral win against Saint Joseph's (77-71).
Harvard shared one opponent with BU with both falling to Northeastern ... Harvard is 0-1 vs. the Patriot League with 73-69 loss at Holy Cross.
Bryce Aiken is one of three averaging double figures at 17.6 ppg with a team-high 3.3 apg.
Besides averaging 12.9 ppg, Chris Lewis averages a team-high 6.0 rpg, while Seth Towns averages 12.8 ppg and 5.3 rpg.
Harvard is averaging 66.8 ppg and shooting 40.7 FG% while holding opponents to 70.8 ppg and 44.4 FG%.

SERIES HISTORY

The Terriers and Harvard first met in 1904-05 in a series that the Crimson leads, 39-27 ... Harvard is on a personal-best seven-game win streak following the Terriers' personal-best eight-game win streak.
The two teams took a hiatus last season after Harvard escaped with a 75-69 win at Case Gym in 2015 ... Havener and senior Eric Johnson are the only two active Terriers who played in the game with Havener posting a double-double (18 pts., 11 rebs.).
BU is 4-8 all-time against coach Tommy Amaker with two wins against both Michigan and Harvard.
