Coming off a win at Lafayette, the Boston University women's basketball team returns to action on Wednesday when it hosts American at Case Gym. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
BU (8-14, 6-5 PL) will look to continue their winning ways after winning at Lafayette, 75-58 on Saturday while American (11-11, 8-3 PL) is on a three-game win streak after defeating Lehigh, 70-58, on Saturday.

- Five Terriers reached double figures in scoring en route to a 75-58 victory at Lafayette on Saturday.
- Sophomore Naiyah Thompson led the Terriers with 17 points, matching a career high, while freshman Vanessa Edgehill scored a career-best 11 points.
