Women's Basketball Closes Non-Conference Slate at Harvard Friday

BOSTON - Closing out the fall semester, the Boston University women's basketball team will head to Harvard on Friday, Dec. 21 for its final non-conference matchup. Opening tip from Lavietes Pavilion is set for 4 p.m. and can be seen live on NESN and ESPN+.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU saw its road woes continues as it dropped its fifth straight road game at Boston College on Sunday, 78-51.
- Payton Hauck posted a team-best 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting.
- Lauren Spearman knocked down four 3-pointers for the second straight game and is 8-for-14 from beyond-the-arc during that stretch.
- Mackenzie Miers made her first career start and grabbed a career-high eight rebounds.
- Spearman has accounted for 29 of the team's 51 makes from beyond-the-arc, good for 56.8 percent.
- Katie Nelson leads team with 4.0 assists per game, which ranks second in the league.
- Nia Irving leads the team in scoring (13.7), which ranks fifth in the league, and also leads the Terriers in rebounding (7.2).

- Riding a three-game losing streak, Harvard holds a 4-6 record, including a 1-3 mark on its home court.
- Katie Benzan leads the Crimson in scoring (14.2) and has notched double-digit scoring figures in six straight games.
- Jadyn Bush leads the Ivy League in rebounding (9.4) and owns five double-doubles this season.
- Bush is Harvard's third-leading scorer (11.6), while Sydney Skinner ranks second in scoring (12.5) and assists per game (3.4).
THE SERIES
- Harvard has taken the last three matchups against the Terriers and eight of the last 11.
- BU will seek its first win at Harvard since 2005.
