ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Following the second day of the Patriot League Championships, the Boston University men's swimming and diving team remains in third place at the halfway point of the meet.

Trevor Winans posted the top BU individual finish on the day, clocking in at 4:25.71 to take fifth in the 500 free, while the 400 medley relay team of Winans, Garrett Chin, Judson Balding, and Quinn Smith also finished fifth with a time 3:18.97. Garrett Chin paced the Terriers with a seventh-place finish in the 200 IM and Quinn Smith took the eighth spot in the 50 free.

Navy jolted ahead with 371.5 points to take a commanding lead, followed by Army West Point (263), BU and Bucknell (148).
The 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 free, 100 breast, 100 back and 200 free relay will take place tomorrow.
