BOSTON - Welcoming Bucknell to Competition Pool for its first home meet of the year, the Boston University women's swimming & diving team fell 166-134 to the Bison Saturday afternoon.

Carly Soares notched a standout performance for the Terriers, winning a trio of events in the 200 IM, 200 and 100 breast, and aided the 200 medley relay to a second-place finish. Sydney Lee also appeared on the podium thrice as an individual, taking the top spot in the 200 free to go with second-place marks in the 100 and 500 free, and helped the 400 free relay to win the final event of the day. Kara Lydzinski also tabbed an individual victory in the 50 free.

BU will return to Competition Pool on Saturday, Oct. 26 against Fordham at 1:30 p.m.
