BOSTON - Closing out a two-meet homestand, the Boston University women's team could not get past Fordham, falling 194-106 Saturday afternoon at Competition Pool.

The duo of Carly Soares and Sydney Lee carried BU, combining for all five of its first-place finishes on the day. Soares captured the 1000 free (10:22.22), 200 breast (2:21.47) and 400 IM (4:26.18), while Lee took the top spots in the 100 free (52.95) and the 500 free (5:06.14).

BU will return to action at UMass on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 1 p.m.
