Terrier Tuesdays: Meindert Klem ('10)
August 4, 2020 | Men's Rowing
Boston University men's rowing alum Meindert Klem (CAS'10) was joined by head coach Thomas Bohrer in this week's special Olympics edition of Terrier Tuesdays.
With the 2020 Summer Olympics delayed to 2021, both men appeared to reflect on their memories at the Olympics. Klem first reached the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing with the Dutch eights boat alongside BU teammate Jozef Klaassen (Questrom'09) and then qualified again in 2012 (London) in the men's pair.
A member of the National Rowing Hall of Fame, Bohrer earned silver for the U.S. in both 1988 (Seoul) and 1992 (Barcelona) in the fours with BU alum Ted Nash (CGS'54) as his coach.
