Men's Rowing Races Two Boats on Final Day at Head of the Charles Regatta

BOSTON – The Boston University men's rowing team had a boat race in the championship four and championship eight events on Sunday afternoon at the Head of the Charles Regatta.
In the championship four race, BU's boat coxed by sophomore Peter Adams and stroked by junior Gabriel Stekl recorded a time of 16:54.192 to finish 14 seconds ahead of New York AC for 11th place.
The Terriers' championship eight boat coxed by senior William Mulhall and stroked by junior Paul Seiters took 14th with a time of 14:38.763 to place ahead of top crews from Wisconsin, Penn and George Washington. BU was just three seconds away from a fourth top-11 finish after the two club eight boats placed sixth and 11th, respectively on Saturday.
BU will next compete in the Foot of the Charles on Saturday, Nov. 13.
