Terriers Finish Runner-Up, Defeat All Lightweight Opponents at Foot of the Charles

BOSTON – The Boston University women's lightweight rowing team concluded the fall schedule at the Foot of the Charles on Saturday morning with three top-18 finishes.
Competing against 27 other crews, the Terriers' top varsity eight boat finished second overall at 13:24.26 to place ahead of Northeastern's openweight boat (13:27.48) and Harvard's lightweight boat (13:32.96). BU's openweight boat earned a winning time of 13:21.93.
BU's second lightweight varsity eight boat placed 12th at 14:05.05, while the third boat took 18th at 14:28.72.
The Terriers will next open the spring schedule against Boston College on March 27, 2022.
