
BU, BC Set for Sunday Showdown at Walter Brown Arena

All guests 5 years and older will be required to provide digital or printed proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 (two weeks after final dose) to gain access to Agganis Arena and the Case Center for ice hockey and basketball games. In addition, all guests 16 years and older who are eligible (six months past completing their initial Moderna or Pfizer vaccination; two months past the Johnson & Johnson vaccination) will be required to show digital or printed proof of booster vaccination AND original full vaccination to gain access to the facility.

The Boston University women's ice hockey team will continue its 2021-22 season on Sunday when they welcome archrival Boston College to Walter Brown Arena. Puck drop in Boston is scheduled for 1 p.m.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU earned a 4-3 win at Holy Cross on Friday night.
- Freshman Kylie Roberts had a matched her career totals in goals, assists and points in just one night, tallying two goals and adding an assist for a three-point performance.
- Sophomore Julia Shaunessy and freshman Christina Vote also lit the lamp while senior Jesse DeVito dished out a career-best two assists.
- Shaunessy has notched a point in three of her last four games and five of her last seven appearances, a run that began with four assists in a 5-4 win over Boston College on Nov. 21.
- Sophomore Catherine Foulem extended her point streak to three games with the primary assist on Vote's goal.
- Senior Kate Stuart made 23 saves to earn the win on Friday.
- She is 2-0-0 against BC, making 42 saves in a 3-2 road triumph on Nov. 30, 2018, before stopping 27 shots in last year's 3-2 win at Conte Forum
- Freshman Callie Shanahan made what was then a career-high 32 saves in her Battle of Comm. Ave. debut on Nov. 21.
- In her last start, Shanahan turned aside 53 shots at current No.1 Northeastern on Jan. 21.
HISTORY WITH BOSTON COLLEGE
- The Terriers and Eagles have met 63 times since BU became a varsity program in 2005, most recently on Nov. 21, when the Terriers earned a 5-4 victory.
- BU has won 24 of those 62 contests, including four of the last five tilts.
- The Terriers and Eagles split last season's series, with each team earning a road win.
- BU has won seven of the last 10 regular-season games against the Eagles.
- That includes a pair of weekend sweeps.
SCOUTING THE EAGLES
- After losing four straight games, BC has won its last four fixtures, including a 3-1 triumph at UConn on Friday.
- The Eagles have averaged 3.5 goals per game in those four wins while allowing just 1.25 goals per game.
- Abby Newhook leads BC in both goals (13) and points (24).
- Hannah Bilka is second on the squad in points (22) thanks to 10 goals and 12 assists while Kelly Browne is third with 21 points thanks to seven goals and a team-high 14 assists.
- Abigail Levy has started all 24 games in which she has appeared, posting a 2.46 goals-against average and a .936 save percentage.
- The Terriers will travel to Matthews Arena to face Harvard in the opening game of the 2022 Women's Beanpot.
- Puck drop is scheduled for 4 p.m., with the game to be televised live on NESN+.
