
No. 10 Northeastern Edges No. 11 Men's Rowing for Arlett Cup; BU Victorious in 2V8

The Terriers fell to Northeastern in the race for the Arlett Cup, which is awarded to the fastest varsity eight boat. The Terrier boat, stroked by freshman Friedrich Amelingmeyer and coxed by senior William Mulhall, finished with a time of 6:36.9, behind Northeastern's time of 6:23.5.
The race between the Northeastern third varsity eight and BU's third and fourth varsity eight was the most tightly contested of the day. The Huskies crossed the line with a time of 6:42.8, just over one second ahead of the Terriers boat stroked by Ethan Feldman and coxed by Peter Adams (6:44.0). Senior coxswain Catherine O'Neal and freshman stroke Dylan Fagiani, helped the final Terrier boat to a time of 6:56.3.
The team next travels to Redwood Shores, California, for the Pac-12 Challenge on April 9-10.
