BOSTON – Looking to boost its regular season home winning streak against Patriot League competition to 13 games, the Boston University women's basketball program welcomes Colgate to Case Gym on Saturday (Jan. 20). Opening tip is set for 2 p.m.

BU (11-5, 3-2 PL) has gone 8-1 at The Roof this year, limiting foes to 55.1 points per game. In total, the Terriers have won 17 of its last 18 regular season home games.

Colgate (11-5, 4-1 PL) looks to build a four-game winning streak on the road, having won its first two Patriot League tilts away from home.

BU will welcome back alumni to Terrier Town for the weekend and recognize them on court following the end of the first quarter. Due to multiple events taking place at Boston University on Saturday (Jan. 20), a parking advisory has been issued for the game. Parking is available at the event rate of $12 in the Agganis Arena Garage (LOT A) located behind Agganis Arena (925 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA 02215). TERRIER TIDBITS

BU fell to Bucknell on the road on Jan. 17, a 61-52 contest.
The Terriers shot a season-low 31 percent from the field, and were outscored 18-7 in the fourth quarter.
Senior Caitlin Weimar led three in double figures with 16 points.
Sophomore Anastasiia Semenova and freshman Audrey Ericksen supplied 12 and 11 points, respectively.
Junior Alex Giannaros collected career-highs of eight rebounds and seven assists.
BU has entered Giannaros, Weimar, Semenova, Ericksen, and senior Sophie Beneventine in the starting lineup in the last seven games, the most-used five in 2023-24.
Giannaros leads the team with 32 steals this year, more than her first two seasons combined.
Weimar is five points away from becoming the 26th Terrier to reach 1,000 career points in a BU uniform.
The Terriers sport a 36-6 mark against conference opponents, postseason included, on Commonwealth Ave. since the start of the 2019-20 campaign.
During Patriot League play, BU is averaging 22.2 free throw attempts per game.

SCOUTING COLGATE

The Raiders recently fell to Army West Point at home, 52-49, on Jan. 17.
Prior to that result, the Raiders had won six in a row.
Taylor Golembiewski is the lone Raider averaging double figures with 13.2 points per game. However, six Raiders are scoring more than seven points per contest.
During Patriot League play, Colgate has a conference-high .528 field goal percentage, .646 three-point percentage, and 19.2 assists per game.
Colgate was projected to finish third in the preseason poll under third-year head coach Ganiyat Adeduntan.
Last season, the Raiders went 16-14, going 10-8 in league play to reach the Patriot League quarterfinal round.

SERIES HISTORY

Wednesday marks the 28th all-time meeting between BU and Colgate in a series that began in 1989.
The Terriers sport an 18-9 advantage in the rivalry, having won six of the last seven matchups.
BU is 8-4 at home against Colgate. However, the Raiders are the last team to defeat the Terriers at The Roof in the regular season, coming on Feb. 19, 2022.
The Terriers swept the regular season series last year with 72-51 and 58-44 wins. Weimar posted a 23-point, 11-board double-double in Hamilton, while Maren Durant totaled 18 points, 10 caroms, and five assists in the contest at Case Gym.
