Made collegiate debut against Florida State, posting an 8K time of 26:48.5 ... Competed at the Battle in Beantown (26:54.5), the Paul Short Run (27:19) and the Patriot League Championship (27:28.9).
BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Ran track and cross country at Toronto Ouest High School ... Was the national indoor champion in the 1500m run and also held the national U18 record for the 1000m run ... Was the regional champion in both the 800m and 1500m events as a senior ... Helped his cross country squad finish second at junior nationals in 2017 ... Finished runner-up in the provincial 800m indoor championship as a junior ... Was regional runner-up in cross country as a sophomore, one year after finishing third ...
