Joe Bianco returns for his seventh season with the Boston University men's basketball program and his fifth as the director of operations.

He joined the Terriers as an administrative assistant in the summer of 2009 and was in charge of video breakdown, assisting in on-campus recruiting and film exchange under then-head coach Patrick Chambers.

Upon his arrival in the summer of 2011, current head coach Joe Jones promoted Bianco to director of basketball operations.

A 2009 Villanova graduate, Bianco served as head manager for the Wildcats basketball team under head coach Jay Wright during the program's run to the Final Four in 2009.
