Crossed the finish line in third place at the Codfish Bowl (25:37) ... Claimed 21st place at the New England championships (25:21) ... Posted his best time ever in the America East Championship (24:48.03), earning All-Conference honors ... Placed 59th in the NCAA Northeast Regionals (32:49.7).

AS A JUNIOR IN 2010

Was among BU's top runners at the America East Pre-Championships (25:06), New England championships (25:08), America East championships (25:10.74) and NCAA Northeast Regionals (31:27.6).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009

Ran at the America East Pre-Championships (34:36) and New England championships (25:56) ... Finished in 13th place at the BU Invitational (25:26).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008

Was among BU's top runners at the Dartmouth Invitational (26:43.5), Ted Owen Invitational (25:54), America East championships (26:54.8) and NCAA Northeast Regional (34:23.1) ... Competed at the New England championships (26:33).

BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Upon graduation, held school records in the two-mile run, distance medley, 4x800m relay and 4x160m relay ... Earned a 2008 outdoor state championship with the 4x800m relay team ...
