BU All-Access Radio Show Interview - March 3, 2009 AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007-08: Came to BU in the fall from Rutgers and made an immediate impact on the Terriers' diving team ... During the 2007-08 season, broke all but two diving school records and won five America East Diver of the Week honors ... Put together one of the finest individual male performances in BU program history placing fourth on the one-meter at the 2008 Zone A Diving Championship ... In the same meet, placed ninth on the three-meter ... At the AE conference championship, he took top honors on the one-meter ... Named to the America East's Academic Honor Roll with a 3.0 GPA or higher. BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY: Was a two-time Zone qualifer at Rutgers and finalist as a senior... Was a Big East Academic All-American and member of the Dean's List... In high school held the 1-meter record for the Catholic School Athletic Association... Also participated in track and field.
PERSONAL: Born on Sept. 14, 1987, in Jamaica ... Son of Joel and Jacqueline Watson ... Has one sibling, Jelani ... Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences as an English major.
