Brent Hamula is a certified athletic trainer and staff member for the Boston University Athletic Training Services and Student Health Service departments.
His career has led him around the world offering a dynamic appreciation for small and large scale events, highlighted by being selected as a member of the USOC sports medicine staff for three Olympic Games, the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics and the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.
In addition, he has been a member of the Boston Athletic Association organizing committee for 16 years as the medical logistics coordinator and 21 years on the medical team for the Boston Marathon.Â
Hamula earned his master's of science in healthcare emergency management from the Boston University School of Medicine, his bachelor's of science in athletic training along with a minor in exercise science and psychology from Canisius College.
