After assisting on the game-winner and scoring a goal of her own, Boston University women’s soccer sophomore McKenna Doyle has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
The Manhattan Beach, Calif. native sent a pass from the end line into the box where Jesse Shreck was able to connect with it to score the game-winner in the seventh minute. Later in the first half, Doyle sent in one of her own, one-timing service from a set-piece by Alivya Wimmer to give the Terriers a three-goal lead.
The Terriers are currently on a four-game shutout streak and look to continue that success this Tuesday against Harvard.
