Following netting the game-winning goals in both of the women’s soccer team’s shutout wins, freshman Anna Heilferty has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
The PL Rookie of the Week continued her tear on the attack, netting the decisive score in a 1-0 victory over Harvard on Wednesday in the sixth minute. The Falls Church, Virginia, native followed with her second game-winning goal of the week in the 26th minute against Loyola, leading the Terriers to a 3-0 shutout on Saturday.
Heilferty leads the team with five goals and 12 points.
