
Men's Tennis Drops 6-1 Decision to UMBC

The BU men's tennis team (3-2, 1-1 America East) stumbled out of the gate in conference play this spring losing to America East rival UMBC, 6-1, Saturday, Feb. 2 at the Track and Tennis Center.
Sophomore Jeff Chudacoff (Highland Park, Ill.) had the lone win for the Terriers in singles play. He defeated Nick Savage-Pollock 6-4, 7-6 (3) in second singles. The Retrievers made a clean sweep of doubles play and won the other five singles matches.
BU will return to action Feb. 13 when they host the University of Rhode Island at 3 p.m. in the Track and Tennis Center.
