BU All-Access Interview with Weinstein
STORRS, Conn. - The Boston University men's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision at Connecticut on Thursday afternoon. With the loss, the Terriers fall to 2-15 and have one match remaining before the start of the America East championship.
The Huskies won two of the three doubles matches and then captured five of the six singles points for the team victory.
Senior Charles Weinstein was the star for BU, earning a 1-6, 6-4, 10-7 win over Joey Michaels in singles at No. 3 after teaming with Jeff Chudacoff for an 8-5 win against Joe Goldstein/Ben Schueler in the top doubles.
BU next visits Holy Cross on Tuesday (April 14) for a 3:30 p.m. meeting. The two teams were originally supposed to play on March 29, but the match was postponed due to rain.
