The men's swimming and diving team defeated Brown, 175-123, backed by wins in 11 different events, including a sweep of the 100 and 200 fly, on Saturday afternoon. Kyle Ernst claimed two individual wins and was the second leg in the 200-medley relay win.
Both relay teams were victorious on Saturday as the 200-medley squad led off with a time of 1:33.17. Justin Gilmartin was the lead off leg, followed by Ernst, Matt Rickett and Jackson Hill. The 400 free relay team bookended the meet with a winning time of 3:08.98. In that race, Gilmartin again led off the race, followed by Rickett, Bryon Kallert and Hill.
Individual, the Terriers won nine events, led by Ernst's two wins. Ernst picked up his first win in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 57.29 and he later won the 200 breaststroke in 2:06.74. Arik Seiler continued his strong season in the sprint events with a win in the 200 free with a time of 1:42.24.
Kallert won the 100 back in 51.66 and Hill won the 100 free in 46.74. The Terriers' first 1-2-3 sweep came in the 200 fly as Ben Kaiser raced to a win with a time of 1:56.74, followed in second by Mark Nakanishi (1:59.11) and Tyson Slesnick in third (1:59.36). Later on, Rickett led a sweep of the 100 fly with a time of 50.77, followed by Daniel Kempf (51.75) and Gilmartin (52.33).
The duo of Kempf and Hill went 1-2 in the 50 free sprint with times of 20.75 and 20.83, respectively.
Diver Tanner Knorr won the 3M with a score of 317.55 and placed second on the 1M with a score of 278.03.
