
Men's Tennis Defeats Bryant, 4-3

BOSTON - With the final point up for grabs, sophomore Ferdinand Brunet won his singles match in straight sets to push the Boston University men's tennis team past Bryant, 4-3, on Sunday afternoon at the Track and Tennis Center. With the win, the Terriers improve to 4-3 on the season, while the Bulldogs fall to 4-4.
BU avenged an earlier 5-2 loss last Fall to Bryant by sweeping through doubles and winning three of the six singles matches. Freshmen Jarred Pendleton and Jesse Frieder won at No. 3 and 4, respectively, after teaming together at No. 2 in doubles action.
The Terriers will next travel to Dartmouth on Saturday, March 5, with action set to begin at 2 p.m.
