KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Despite winning three singles matches, the Boston University men's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision to Bucknell on Friday afternoon. Capturing the crucial doubles point, the Bison improve to 6-5, while the Terriers drop to 6-6.
Bucknell swept through doubles action and won three of the six singles contests for the team victory.
Sophomores Josh Friedman and freshman Jesse Frieder won in straight sets for BU, while sophomore Ferdinand Brunet pulled out a three-set win.
The Terriers will conclude its Spring Break trip to Florida with Puerto Rico-Mayaguez on Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
