
Men's Tennis Sweeps Sacred Heart, 7-0

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Earning its second sweep of the season, the Boston University men's tennis team blanked Sacred Heart, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon.
Winning for the third time in the last four matches, the Terriers (3-11) won two of the three doubles contests for the first point and followed in singles by capturing all six available points, as the Pioneers dropped to 3-6.
Junior Alex Hallenbeck dropped the fewest games, pulling out a 6-2, 6-0 victory over Luka Bagi at No. 6. Freshman Emilio Teran and sophomore Jesse Frieder also won in straight sets, while senior Michael Kopelman, senior Regis Chang and junior Josh Friedman won with a super tiebreaker.
The Terriers will next play at St. John's on Friday, March 30, with action slated to begin at 3 p.m.
