
Terriers Fall at No. 22 Harvard, 6-1

ALLSTON, Mass. - Facing its first ranked opponent of the season, the Boston University men's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision at No. 22 Harvard on Saturday afternoon.
The Crimson (11-3) won three doubles matches by a combined score of 18-6 and then claimed five singles points with three coming by way of straight sets.
Sophomore Jay Leelavanich led BU (2-1) at No. 3 singles with a 6-3, 2-6, 1-0 victory. Junior William Kwok and sophomore Jake De Vries both won a set but were unable to win the super tiebreaker in the No. 1 and 5 slots, respectively.
The Terriers will remain on the road and next visit Brown on Saturday, March 7 at 4 p.m.
