November 4, 2018

SASKATOON, Sask. - Former Boston University women's ice hockey standout Victoria Bach has been added to Canada's roster ahead of the 2018 Four Nations Cup, Hockey Canada announced on Saturday.

Bach is no stranger to representing her country on the ice. She is a three-time medalist with Canada's National Women's Development Team at the Nations Cup, winning gold twice (2015, 2016) and adding a silver medal in 2017. She was an assistant captain for Canada at the 2018 Nations Cup, where she had a goal and an assist.

Selected third overall by Markham in the 2018 Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL) Draft, Bach is in the midst of a successful rookie campaign with the Thunder. She is tied for third in team scoring with four points, and her three goals is tied for the league lead among CWHL rookies.

A native of Milton, Ontario, Bach had the best statistical season in program history as a senior in 2017-18. She scored a program-record 39 goals and added 28 assists for a program-best 67 points. Bach was a top-three finalist for the 2018 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award and earned First Team All-America accolades en route to becoming the Terriers' all-time leader in goals (104) and points (198).
