How to Watch Games on NESN & NESNplus
BOSTON – The Boston University Department of Athletics has announced the six lacrosse games that will be televised live on NESN and NESNplus during the 2019 season.
Three men's lacrosse games and three women's lacrosse contests are part of an 18-game broadcast package that also includes six basketball games and six hockey tilts. Ten BU Athletics events will be televised on either NESN or NESNplus in the winter and spring of 2019.
The six-game slate begins on March 16 (2 p.m.) when the men's lacrosse team hosts Bucknell on NESNplus in a rematch of last year's thrilling Patriot League quarterfinal contest, which the Terriers won, 12-11. The men's team's next two tilts will also be televised on NESNplus, including a Tuesday night meeting against Harvard on March 19 at 7 p.m.
Both the men and women will be seen on NESNplus on March 23 when the Terriers host a doubleheader against Lafayette. The men's squad will face the Leopards at 12 p.m, while the women will take the field at 4 p.m.
First-year head coach Lauren Morton and the Terriers will host Colgate on NESN on March 27 at 5 p.m., with the final lacrosse broadcast of the season taking place on April 6 when the BU-American game is broadcast on NESNplus at 12 p.m.
NESN and NESNplus are available throughout the six-state New England region (except Fairfield County, Connecticut). For a complete channel listing in your area, click here.
All six lacrosse games in the package will also be available on NESNgo, the network's streaming service, and fans outside of the New England area will be able to access the broadcasts through the Patriot League Network.
