BU Hockey Season Openers Set for This Weekend

WAKEFIELD, Mass. – The Boston University men's and women's ice hockey teams will open their 2020-21 seasons this weekend, as Hockey East announced Tuesday that the men will travel to UConn on Saturday while the women will play two games at New Hampshire on Friday and Saturday.
The eighth-ranked women's ice hockey team will be the first Boston University program to compete since March 12 when the Terriers travel to UNH on Friday night. Puck drop is scheduled for 6 p.m. They will then return to Whittemore Center on Saturday at 5 p.m.
The men will begin their regular season at UConn on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Fans will be able to watch all three games digitally at GoTerriers.com/CBS.
