This will be the first race for the Terriers since the team competed at the Foot of the Charles back on Nov. 19, 2019.
"The BU lightweights are thrilled to finally get back on the racecourse." said Boston University lightweight rowing head coach Malcolm Doldron. "We are looking forward to competing against the BC openweights this weekend at home on the Charles. This spring racing season will be a special one after enduring the obstacles that have kept us from doing what we love for the last year and a half. We are very excited to get back out there to say the least."
The last time the BU lightweights faced BC openweights back in March of 2019, the Terriers swept the Eagles with the 1V8, 2V8, 3V8 and V4 all recording victories.
After Saturday's competition, the Terriers will continue their spring schedule when they race next Saturday, April 17 against a TBD opponent.
