
Men's Ice Hockey Finalizes 2021-22 Schedule

BOSTON - The Boston University men's ice hockey team announced its full 2021-22 schedule for the program's 100th season on Thursday.
In addition to 16 regular-season games at Agganis Arena, the Terriers will play 18 games away from home, including the eighth edition of Red Hot Hockey against Cornell at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 27. BU will open its schedule with an exhibition game against Holy Cross on Saturday, Oct. 2, at Walter Brown Arena. The Terriers will kick off the regular-season schedule at UConn on Oct. 8 before hosting the Huskies the next night at Agganis.
Highlights of the The Terriers' road slate include a trip to Northern Michigan for a two-game series that begins on Friday, Nov. 5. BU will also hit the road for a New Year's Eve contest at Brown.
The 69th Men's Beanpot will begin on Monday, Feb. 7, when the Terriers open the tournament against Harvard.
As part of its home schedule, BU will host four non-conference contests and seven matchups against teams that have qualified for the NCAA Tournament since 2019. Throughout the season, the program will honor its storied history with special nights and appearances by some of the all-time greats.
