Terriers Tied for Second after Day One at Boston College Intercollegiate

CANTON, Mass. - The Boston University women's golf team got off to a strong start at the Boston College Intercollegiate on Monday, posting totals of 297 and 300 to stand at +21 through the first two rounds at Blue Hill Country Club.
Sophomore Flair Kuan was one of only two players to be under par through two rounds as she posted scores of 73 and 71 for an even 144. She trails the leader, Yale's Ami Gianchandani, by three strokes heading into the final round.
Senior Hanako Kawasaki is in the mix, currently tied for seventh at +4 following rounds of 72 and 76. Freshman Christy Chen (+8) and junior Alice Fan (+9) round out the top four for the Terriers following the first-day performances.
