SARASOTA, Fla. – Continuing the NCAA Championships at Nathan Benderson Park, the Patriot League champion Boston University women's rowing team had all three boats advance out of Saturday's semifinals to Sunday's finals session.

The second varsity boat coxed by sophomore Trisha Jaggi and stroked by junior Tiare Hicks had the top result, finishing third in its respective C/D semifinal race at 6:51.782 ahead of both Northeastern (7:05.460) and Jacksonville (7:10.274). Seeded 19th out of 22 crews, the 2V8 assured itself a top-18 result at the NCAAs by earning its first C Final berth since 2013.

BU almost had a second C Final berth, but the varsity eight boat coxed by senior Mia Ball and stroked by junior Kat Robbins took fourth at 6:33.758, coming up just short to West Coast Conference champion Gonzaga's third-place time of 6:31.516.

Following a lengthy lightning delay, the varsity four boat coxed by freshman Audrey Lucerne and stroked by freshman Hannah Look concluded the day with a fifth-place finish at 7:57.667.

The V4 will next race in Sunday's D Final at 8:12 a.m. with the 2V8 competing in the C Final at 8:48 a.m. The V8 will wrap up the season at 9 a.m. in the D Final.
