Men's Swimming & Diving Competes on Day Two of PL Championships

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Highlighted by senior Kyle Falkstrom's personal best in the 200-yard IM, the Boston University men's swimming & diving team completed the second day of competition at the Patriot League Championships at Bucknell on Thursday.
Falkstrom finished eighth in the 200 IM with a personal-best time of 1:48.72 to claim 11 points.
The Terriers had two point-scorers in both the 50- and 500-yard freestyle events. In the sprint, senior Jacob Lindner (20.38) and junior Justin Lee (20.48) earned five and three points, respectively, and in the distance event, sophomore Dolan Grisbaum was sixth in the consolation final with a time of 4:30.31 while senior Sarsen Whatmore was one place behind time in a time of 4:31.35 to combine for five points.
The evening concluded with the 400-yard medley relay and the Terriers took fourth as junior Adrien Pierce, Falkstrom, Lee and senior Ethan Thomas clocked in at 3:17.19 to add 30 points to the team total.
The third day of the PL Championships will take place on Friday (Feb. 17) starting at 10 a.m.
