No. 11 BU Closes Pac-12 Challenge Against No. 12 Wisconsin

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - The Boston University men's rowing program wrapped up its time at the Pac-12 Challenge on Sunday (April 9), taking on Wisconsin in a pair of races at Redwood Shores.
The day started with the Terriers' 11th-ranked Varsity 8 squaring off against the Badgers' 12th-ranked crew. BU, coxed by Peter Adams and stroked by Paul Seiters, narrowly fell to Wisconsin by just over three seconds, clocking in at 5:49.8. The Badgers crossed the finish in 5:46.6.
BU's Second Varsity 8 concluded the schedule with a victory over the Badgers. The Terriers, coxed by Emily Slawin and stroked by Gabriel Stekl, posted a time of 5:52.9, nearly seven seconds ahead of Wisconsin's 5:59.3.
The Terriers regroup for the Lake Morey Invite on Saturday (April 29), taking on Dartmouth for the Bill Cup as well as Georgetown before races against Syracuse the following day, with the Conlan Cup at stake.
