BOSTON – The Boston University women's basketball program opens its week down at Loyola Maryland for a Patriot League contest on Wednesday, Feb. 19. Opening tip is set for 7 p.m.
BU (8-16, 2-11 PL) begins a stretch where three of its next four opponents are either two games ahead or behind it in the Patriot League standings. The Terriers currently sit in ninth place, trailing the Greyhounds (9-15, 3-10 PL) by one game while leading Saturday's opponent, American, by one game.
Loyola Maryland seeks to complete the regular season sweep of the Terriers for the first time since the 2014-15 and 2015-16 campaigns. With a win, the Greyhounds will have swept the two teams it leads in the conference table.
Saturday's game airs on ESPN+, beginning at the top of the hour. Loyola Maryland will provide live statistics, while the Patriot League supplies an international stream.
