Terrier Varsity 8+ Named Patriot League Boat of the Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Boston University women's rowing program's Varsity 8+ boat was selected as the Patriot League Boat of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
BU finished second in its race against No. 22 Dartmouth, Northeastern and league foe MIT with a time of 6:27.1. The boat was coxed by senior Audrey Lucerne and stroked by freshman Sotiria Angou. Sophomores Ingrid Eshuis, Lydia Pelton, freshman Gigi Williams, graduate student Kat Robbins, junior Aryn Bailey, freshman Raylynn Boston and sophomore Olivia Bencze at the bow made up the remainder of the boat.
The Terriers will be back in action on Saturday (April 12) when they face Northeastern for the Council Cup and Columbia.
