Terriers Sit in Seventh After Opening Day of Red Bandanna Invitational

CANTON, Mass. - The Boston University women's golf team opened its 2025-26 season on Monday with the first two rounds of the Red Bandanna Invitational at Blue Hill Country Club. The Terriers currently stand in seventh in the 15-team field.
BU posted an opening-round score of 319, which was seventh-best, and stayed in that position after a score of 314 in round two.
Juniors Hibiki Adachi (78-73--151) and Amy Han (76-75--151) are tied for 14th heading into Tuesday's final round.
Adachi's second-round 73 was tied for the second-best round of her collegiate career. Han earned her second eagle as a Terrier when she posted a 3 on the par-5 18th in the opening round.
Senior Annika Manjunath (84-81--165) and freshman Wendy Li (81-85--166) are currently tied for 58th and 62nd after day one. Junior Madison Takai withdrew due to injury in the first round but came back for the second round and carded an 85.
