Geddes Named to Preseason All-Patriot League Team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Sophomore midfielder Tessa Geddes was named to the 2026 Women's Lacrosse Preseason All-Patriot League Team, the league announced Thursday afternoon.

Geddes, a Winchester, Massachusetts native, was named to the All-Patriot League Second Team after her impressive 2025 campaign. She finished the season with 25 goals, nine assists and 34 points along with 30 ground balls, 49 draw controls and seven caused turnovers.

She scored nine free-position goals on 15 shots for a .600 free position percentage. Geddes tallied hat tricks agianst Iona and Merrimack and scored nine goals in her final six games against Patriot League opponents. She reached the 100 career draw control mark against Merrimack and has 133 career draw controls.

Geddes and the Terriers were also picked to finish sixth in the preseason poll, earning 41 points. The Terriers will open their 39th season on Friday, Feb. 6 when BU hosts New Hampshire at Nickerson Field at 12 p.m.
