McDevitt Named Patriot League Rookie of the Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Freshman Makenzie McDevitt earned Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors after her performance against Lafayette, the League announced Monday afternoon.
McDevitt scored a career-high four goals in the win over Lafayette, all from open play and all in the first half. On top of that, she shot perfectly, shooting 4-for-4 and beating the halftime buzzer with her fourth goal.
The Wrentham, Massachusetts native now has 15 points (12 goals, 3 assists) in eight games of action this season. This is her first weekly honor from the League.
The Terriers will next take on Cornell on Tuesday, March 17 at noon on Nickerson Field. The game will be broadcast live on NESN+ and ESPN+.
