Terriers in 10th After Opening Day of Rutgers Invitational

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Boston University women's golf team sits in 10th place after the first two rounds of the Rutgers Invitational on Saturday at Rutgers Golf Course.
The Terriers put up scores of 319 and 315 for the two rounds on Saturday and will enter Sunday in 10th among the 16 teams at the tournament.
Freshman Sophia Zhang is the Terriers' leader after day one, following up an 80 with a 76 to stand in a tie for 24th at plus-14.
Senior Annika Manjunath is one stroke behind Zhang as she opened with a 75 and then carded an 82 in round two to sit in a tie for 32nd at plus-15.
Playing as an individual, junior Hibiki Adachi is tied for 37th after an 84-74--158 scoring line on Saturday while freshman Monica Wu (83-77--160) and Wendy Li (81-80--161) are tied for 43rd and 53rd respectively.
The third and final round will take place on Sunday.
