Terriers Place 13th at ECU Ironwood Invitational

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The Boston University women's golf team wrapped up play at the ECU Ironwood Invitational on Tuesday, finishing 13th in the strong field at Ironwood Golf & Country Club.
The Terriers finished with a score of +86 (324-317-309), improving their score each round.
Senior Annika Manjunath was the team's top finisher, using a 1-under 71 on Tuesday to end up tied for 17th at +9 (80-74-71--225). She was one of only nine players in the 89-golfer field to post an under-par score in the final round as she posted three birdies and two bogeys.
Junior Amy Han tied for 28th at plus-11 (78-75-74--227). Freshman Sophia Zhang moved up four spots on Tuesday with a 4-over 76 and finished tied for 57th at plus-19 (235) while fellow freshmen Wendy Li (243) and Monica Wu (250) ended up tied for 74th and 84th, respectively. Junior Hibiki Adachi placed in a tie for 86 with a 36-over 252.
The Terriers wlll wrap up the regular season next weekend at the Rutgers Invitational on April 11-12.
