Women’s Hockey Adds Milosz to Coaching Staff

BOSTON – The Boston University women's ice hockey program has hired Ian Milosz as an assistant coach ahead of the 2026-27 season, head coach Tara Watchorn announced Tuesday. Milosz will work with the Terrier goaltending.
"We're really excited to have Ian join the staff this season," Watchorn said. "Ian brings a wealth of experience as a goalie and coach. He is enthusiastic about growth and can relate to the student-athletes to help them grow as a team and as individuals."
Milosz joins the Terriers after two seasons with the Boston College women's ice hockey team as the goaltending coach. He notably coached Grace Campbell, who signed with the Toronto Sceptres in the PWHL. He started his NCAA coaching career as the goaltending coach for Merrimack women's hockey in the 2023-24 season.
Outside of the NCAA, he started as a goaltending coach with Goaltending Development Services in 2021. While there, he has worked with Mike Buckley, goaltending coach of the Los Angeles Kings, to coach athletes pursuing NCAA and junior hockey pathways. Milosz also works with the Northeast Generals in the NAHL as their goaltending coach. He joined the staff in 2023 and has coached numerous athletes who went on to play Division I hockey.
Milosz played professionally with the Worcester Railers in the ECHL in 2019-20 directly after his collegiate career. In college, he was a goaltender at Boston College and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor of arts in applied psychology and human development with a minor in communication.
